    Founder | Co-CEO

    Internationally recognized esthetician, entrepreneur, and educator Davianne Beepot has over a decade of experience in the skincare industry, working with A-list clients and empowering spa owners, estheticians, and beauty professionals to elevate their practices through advanced education and strategic growth. Her journey includes managing and owning successful spas and collaborating with top skincare brands as a business development manager and sales representative. As a celebrity esthetician, Davianne’s expertise is sought after by clients worldwide. She also serves as a judge and Director of Education for The Skin Games. Passionate about fostering continuous learning, Davianne founded the Esti Elite Collective and her own training academy, where she offers specialized coaching and education programs to help estheticians master their craft and achieve business success.

    Co-CEO

    Daisy Good, a dedicated esthetician from Jacksonville, Florida, has turned her personal skincare struggles into a mission to help others regain their self-confidence. Her journey began with her battles against acne, hyperpigmentation, and Melasma, particularly during pregnancy. This led her to pursue a career in esthetics, where she now empowers clients to love their reflection again. Outside of work, Daisy enjoys quality time with her daughter, exploring the riverwalk, reading, and relaxing at home. Her passion for skincare and commitment to her community continue to inspire and transform lives.

    Digital Strategist
    Nepthaly Anthony, the powerhouse behind Esti Elite Collective, is a versatile digital strategist with a strong focus on website design, graphic design, and digital content management. His expertise also extends to managing Google Suite, overseeing social media platforms, and handling various other tasks to support and enhance our online presence.
